• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Free and Paid Services

Our service operates on a freemium model:

• Free accounts receive 10 conversions
• Unlimited conversions available for a one-time payment of $15
• Prices may change with notice to existing users
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent conversion limits
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively
• Redistribute converted mods that you don't have rights to
• Engage in any activity that disrupts our services

6. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of any mods you convert. Original mod creators retain all rights to their work. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and convert any mods you process through our service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or that the service will be available at all times. We rely on third-party APIs which may experience downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTA5 Mods Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
